What happens next?
The snag report will be issued within three working days of our snagging inspections and we send original copy to the developer and builder and another copy to you - the owner.
We will require answer in writing from the Developer of how long the work will take and when is it schedule to start from. We will follow up on the work according to the Developer schedule and keep checking on the work. The work on snagging services normally can take about 20-30 days from the day Developer or Building Company has commenced the finishing works, repairs or touch ups.
Once we have the confirmation that all is completed we would than physically visit your property again and go through the same snagging checklists and tick all to make sure all done accordingly.
By doing the snagging at the right time you will experience no delay in delivery of your key-ready home. It is very important to get your snag report booked in advance and preferably before completion of your property. This gives you the benefit of presenting the developer with the snag report prior to completion and having all issues and repairs fixed before completion and going to Notary for transferring of the property deeds (escritura) into your own name.
