What happens next?

The snag report will be issued within three working days of our inspection and we send original copy to the developer and builder and another copy to you - the owner.

We will require answer in writing from the Developer of how long the work will take and when is it schedule to start from. We will follow up on the work according to the Developer schedule and keep checking on the work. The work on snagging inspection normally can take about 20-30 days from the day Developer or Building Company has commenced the finishing works, repairs or touch ups.

Once we have the confirmation that all is completed we would than physically visit your property again and go through the same snag list and tick all to make sure all done accordingly.
