Our maintenance team is available for servicing any problems in Benalmadena, Fuenfgirola, Mijas, Marbella and Estepona areas 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Appointing an official Company representative to your building:
We provide customized and professional management services.
We prepare a technical and administrative action plan, based on preventive maintenance reports and our periodic visits to provide for the supervision and control of building services and installations.
Our employees can be relied on to take readings of heating, gas, hot water and cold water meters in the event that buildings have not hired any employee for this purpose.
Our Multi Property Services employees will make periodic visits to your building.
We coordinate all of the requested and necessary estimates and compare the prices and quality relationships. When needed we process claims to the insurance company. We coordinate the professionals performing on all kinds of works and services.
For all communities with centralized gas/oil heating systems, we negotiate the supply of fuel and always try to obtain maximum discount.
For new constructed buildings and urbanizations we prepare and draft all Community Statutes and their subsequent compulsory legalization, in accordance with the Community's particular needs and specifications. Such as legalization of the Books, Meeting Minutes, appointing of the first community meeting and electing of president etc.
Processing and collecting of monthly community fees. Quarterly budget reports detailing deviations and financial statements. Preparing an accurate and income budget according to financial plan and owners agreement.
Presenting of the annual account and compare with the finalized budget for the year:
collections and payments, balance and list of owners with outstanding debts.
We provide immediate account information with respect to the Community's balances by request.
We provide provision of detailed information to the President and the owners with respect to every action taken.
We informed quarterly to the President and post it into the community notice board with respect to the Community debtors and also follow-up the collection of outstanding funds.
Legal advice on all matters related to the Community Act, unpaid debts, construction defects, Meeting resolutions, and claims by the owners community.
We provide Quarterly reports of the payroll and social security forms TC-1 and TC-2. We Prepare and process all employee contracts, registrations and taxes return forms. We proceed with all payment of salaries and the study of subsidies, if required. We run the community monthly and annual accounts and present those the President and community at the General Community annual meeting. We make all payment of local taxes and other fees.
We contract all necessary insurances searching for best and most appropriate company and we process and follow-up on all building insurance claims whenever there are.
We record and keep all documentation on yearly bases, including of Minute Books, contracts, estimates and agreements, and all other Community documentation.
We supply a direct mail post box, displayed in a central point of the community where every community member or even his guests can deposit correspondence, complaints or suggestions addressed to the Community Property Manager :
