Can you look after property management as well as rental bookings?

Yes we offer full property management as well as rental booking services including holiday home marketing.

What services are covered in your property management?

We tailor make each package to suit your individual needs.
Everything you need for your property, including inventories for your property, photos of the property, rental management, contracts, collection of deposits/rent, administration of utilities/local taxes, marketing, holiday letting advertising, community representation, property inspections and checks on all appliances. Also, full security checks on property, check and collect mail services, check swimming pool and garden, a monthly status report on property, owners account for the property, official key holding, cleaning services, full maintenance, renovation and property makeover services. Even if there is something not listed on our website, if there is anything else you require we will arrange that for you too.

Do I have to pay for all the services if I do not need them all?

We can tailor all our property services to suit your individual needs, so there is no problem. You only pay for what you need.

Can you supply references from previous clients?

Yes we can provide extensive references for our full range of property management, home maintenance and property makeover services. If you require references do not hesitate to ask.

Do you provide guarantees for the property maintenance and refurbishment work you do?

Yes we do. We provide guarantees for all our maintenance and other works we carry out. All our qualified tradesmen, builders, plumbers, electricians and labour have been working for us for a long time and so we guarantee all work will be done to a professional standard.

Can you arrange to pay utility bills?

Yes this is part of our property management services.

Can you arrange to pay my town hall taxes?

Yes this service comes as part of our property management services.

Do you take commission from rental bookings?

Yes we do charge minimum commission on our property rental bookings.

Are you able to arrange for our cleaning and laundry to be done?

Yes we can as we provide comprehensive overseas property and holiday home cleaning services and have our own in-house cleaning and laundry staff.

Where do you market my holiday rental property?

We provide expert online marketing services, marketing your holiday property on various websites such as market leading overseas property letting website: ‘holiday lettings’ plus a number of our own high ranking websites. We can also provide listings in newspapers reaching a highly targeted audience. You can trust in our holiday home marketing as it is highly effective, reaching a wide international audience including UK, Irish, Arab, Russian and Scandinavian property seekers. We also advertise locally through our offices and partners in Spain, Bulgaria and our other centres.

Can you help me arrange furniture for my property?

Yes we can supply you with all types of furniture packages for your holiday property in Spain and elsewhere; as well as complete interior design and furnishing services.

Do you offer a meet and greet service?

Yes we do and we can also provide airport collection in Spain, Bulgaria, Morocco, Italy and our other holiday centres if required.

Will I be able to take bookings myself?

Yes you can, just let us know when you take a booking so we don’t double book. We will also assist you in every way we can.

Can I have more than one agent marketing my property?

Yes you can, all we ask is that we are the main key holders. We would like to manage all your rental bookings no matter who made them or where they are coming from.

My current management company is not working. Will you be better?

Why not contact us and find out what we can do for you? We will work our socks off to provide the service you deserve. We don’t want you as a customer just this year we want you as a customer for years to come so we will do our very best to provide the greatest possible service.

How will I know when my property has been booked?

We will notify you every time we take a booking.

Are you competitive on price?

Yes. We provide high quality services at all times but aim to provide the best value for money in the European and international property management sector. We will tailor your quote to your exact requirements.

Will you check the property for damage from tenants?

Yes we will check the property regularly and can arrange for a refund of the deposit, if required.

How will I know if the property is damaged by bad weather?

We will inspect your property on a regular basis and send a monthly status report to you.

Will you be able to arrange repairs?

Yes we provide comprehensive property maintenance services. Our own qualified tradesmen will carry out the repairs.

Do I need to insure my property?

Yes. We can take care of your home insurance in Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria and our other markets providing a comprehensive insurance policy for your property.

Do we need to contact the insurance company?

No we can take care of this for you.

Do you think I should have air conditioning and English TV installed?

Yes most rental properties in Spain and other holiday destinations now have these as standard. We can arrange installation for you.

Can you help me sell my property?

Yes our experienced marketing team can provide comprehensive marketing services for resale properties and new builds, including expert online property marketing services. How much experience do you have in holiday property management?

Do you guarantee rental income?

No. There can be factors out of our control. But we do have a good track record and can guarantee 110 per cent commitment to maximise your rental income.  

How will I know you will rent my property if you don’t charge commission?

We want your custom not just for this year but as an on-going arrangement. We provide a complete range of holiday property management services which we hope you will take advantage of, but are under no obligation to do so.

Do you only arrange short-term holiday rentals?

No we can also arrange long-term tenants for your holiday property if you wish.

I want to update my kitchen can you help me?

Yes our project manager can measure your kitchen and discuss new options with you. We provide free estimates and design services.

Can you help with the maintenance of my garden?

Yes we provide garden maintenance.

What if my tenant has a problem in the property out of working hours?

We provide an emergency contact number, ensuring around the clock services.

What are the costs for your services?

How will you maintain my property?

Apart from our normal cleaning service we make regular visits to every property to make sure everything is OK and in working order. We also send a report to you when we do this and if anything needs attention we notify you straight away and can arrange for maintenance.

Can you provide security features?

We always ensure properties are secure, however if you need extra security features including window grilles or alarm systems we will be happy to install these for you.

Can you fit window shutters to my holiday property?

Yes we can provide this service and have vast experience.

Can you repair and maintain my swimming pool?

Yes. We have fully qualified tradesmen specialising in swimming pool maintenance on the Costa del Sol and other holiday hot spots. We can maintain, repair or even build a swimming pool for you.

I would like to extend my property. Can you help?

Yes. Our construction manager will discuss all your requirements before our qualified tradesmen commence work.

Can you refurbish my bathroom?

Yes. We have completed many new and refurbished bathroom installations, including all aspects of plumbing, tiling, shower and bath fittings.
