Do I have to pay for all the services as I may not need them all?

Can you arrange to pay the town hall taxes?

Do you take commission from rental bookings?
- No we don’t charge commission on any bookings.
Are you able to arrange for our cleaning and laundry to be done?
- Yes we can as we have our own cleaning staff.
Where do you market my property?
- We market on various websites like holiday lettings plus all our own, we do listings in news papers, and we also advertise to UK, Irish, Arab, Russian, Scandinavian market, as well as through all our offices in Spain and Bulgaria.
Do you offer meet and greet service?
- Yes we do and we can also provide airport collection if required.
Will I be able to do bookings myself?
- Yes you can no problem just let us know when you take a booking so we don’t double book, and we will arrange everything for you booking as well.
Can I have more than one agent marketing my property?
- Yes you can all we ask is we are the main key holders, as we manage all your rental bookings no matter who’ made those or where they are coming from.
How will I know when our property has been booked?
- We notify you every time when we take a booking.
Do you check the property for damage from tenant?
- Yes we check the property before arranging refund of the deposit.
How will we know if the property is damaged by bad weather?
- We inspect every property regularly and send a complete monthly status report to you the client.
Will you be able to arrange repairs?
- Yes our own qualified tradesmen will do repairs.
Do I need to insure my property?
- Yes, and we will take care of this for you and provide you with a quote for full insurance policy.
Would we have to contact the insurance company?
- No we will take care of this for you.
Can you help me arrange furniture for my property?
- Yes we can supply you with any types of furniture packages as we have our own furniture suppliers and showroom for you to choose from.
Do you think I should have air conditioning and English TV installed?
- Yes most rental properties now have this as standard; we can also arrange this on your behalf.
Are you able to help me sell my property?
- Yes we do marketing for resale properties and new builds. We sold more properties for owners of ours then from any others
Where will my property be marketed?
- We market on various websites of our own plus we do listings in news papers, and we also advertise to UK, Irish, Arab, Russian, Scandinavian market, as well as through all our offices in Spain and Bulgaria.

How will I know you will rent my property if you don’t charge commission?
- We want your custom not just for this year but for years to come. Also don’t forget that we do count on all rental bookings as we do turnover from cleaning, meet and greet, airport transfers, etc.
Do you only do holiday rentals?
- No we also arrange long term tenants if you wish.
I want to update my kitchen can you help me arrange this?
- Yes we can arrange for our project manager to come and measure and discuss options with you. We provide free estimate and design.
Can you help with the maintenance of my garden?
- Yes we can cover all garden maintenance.
What if my tenant has a problem in the property out of working hours?
- All members have an emergency contact number.

How will you maintain my property?
- Apart from our normal cleaning service, we make regular visits to every property to make sure everything is ok and in working order and send a report to every client when we do this and if anything needs attention we notify you straight away and arrange for this to be done.
How can I make my property secure?
- We always make sure each property is secure, however if you would like extra features like shutters, window grills or alarm system we will be happy to install these for you.
Would you be able to repair and maintain my swimming pool?
- Yes no problem we have fully qualified tradesmen for this to maintain, repair or even build a swimming pool for you
I would like to extend my property can you assist with this?
- Yes our construction manager will be happy to come and discuss your requirements with you before our qualified tradesmen start work.
Can you refurbish my bathroom?
- Yes we can we have completed many new and refurbished bathroom installations.
I have no shutters on my windows will you be able to arrange?
- Yes we can have these fitted to any property.
Do you give a guarantee with all the work you do?
- Yes we do indeed. All our qualified tradesmen, builders, plumbers, electricians and labour have been working for us for a very long time and we guarantee all work done by us.
