Key Holding and Property Inspections

• We will act as your official key holder and carry out an individual property inspection every month, making the following checks and providing you with a written report via email:
• Security check on all doors, windows and alarm system
• Look for damp, mould and infestations (inside and out)
• Flush sanitary fittings and air the property to prevent stagnation and odours
• Check for leaks, cracks and weather damage
• Test boiler, air-conditioners, electrical appliances and lighting
• Water house and patio plants

Bill Payments and Account Registration

We will set up an account for you on our property management software and make all payments for your property's bills. We can set up all the necessary contracts on your behalf with local police, TV, internet and insurance companies. We will transfer your utility accounts into your name, provide readings to these companies and pay the bills on your behalf. We keep a simple running statement showing all your expenses.

Full administration of your management account on an ongoing basis, providing quotations, invoices, and statements of account, relating to maintenance or refurbishment work, cleaning and laundry, or other commissioned services.
