We have started a new Building project in Paseo Maritimo Fuengirola, converting a spanish restaurant into a bookmaker business. The building work has started already and the job will be completed in 3 weeks time.

Building of New Furniture and Hardware Shops in Mijas Golf
We have just submited the aplication for the building license of two new construction projects in Mijas Golf area. We will start the work next week with time schedule for completion in aproximately six weeks. We are going to build two brand new shops right oposite the Saint Anthony international private school on the main road from Fuengirola to Coin. One of the stores will be a Hardware Shop and the other is a Furniture Retail Outlet.

Maintenance Jobs during January
January was a good month for us and on the maintenance side we have done and completed twenty two maintenance requests and atteneded four different emergencies.
Cleaning Jobs during January
In the all month of January we have done around sixteen different cleans, most of those been departure clean, but there were still five industrial cleans even been a quiet month in general.
Building and Construction Project-January
We have started four new building projects in Elviria, Los Monteros and La Mairena. There is lots work to be done and all of these building sites are quiet big refurbishment projects. We expect to finish all around the end of February.

Welcome of Sandra Makwana
She has joined the company last month and already sold furniture packages and management services to few clients. Sandra has worked for another real estate company on the Costa del Sol for the last three years, but said she's had enough and wanted a new change. She has lots of experience in after sales and would add a great value to our business. Wish her well and lots of success for the future.

Annual Property Management Agreements:
We have taken 12 new properties and signed a full year round agreement for property management and administration of the properties.

We have finished the year 2007 and look forward to the new 2008. During the month of December we have completed several different jobs along the Costa del sol region.
Maintenance work done in Mijas Golf, Riviera, Calahonda, Elviria, Marbella-Golden Mile and Nueva Andalucia:
14 maintenance jobs done - lock change, humidity problems solved, tab leaks repaired, air-conditioning machines serviced and regassed, few shutters fixed, electrical problems resolved, termostate of a boiler replaced, lights replaced, painting work.
Cleaning work done in Las Chapas, Marbella, Elviria, Nueva Andalucia, Benalmadena, Guadalmina and Casares-Manilva:
25 properties cleaned after tenancy during December month; 11 industrial cleans done.
Building Jobs completed in Elviria and Nueva Andalucia:
We have completed 3 different refurbishment projects. In Elviria a full house renovation; In Nueva Andalucia changing of the two bathrooms and fitting of a new kitchen and putting a new marble floor all the way throughout the house.

Owner needs a warm/cold aircon system installed in the master bedroom for this winter, so organized it to be done today..reported back to MacAnthony Realty

The building of a 3 bedroom house extension has been completed in a villa at Mijas golf. This was a two months work including all concrete, building, plastering, rendering work, plumbing, electrical and a/c installation. The extension has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms both with walking showers done in mosaic marble tiles and there is a wooden floor through out the all house.

Six industrial clean in new developments has been done this week along the Costa del Sol.

Two Daikin Inverter split Air Conditioning machines has been installed in Marbella.
