Our Industrial and Builders Cleaning for new properties includes the following 14 point cleaning and polishing - and rest assure once we've finished next person to go in will be your interior designer!

1. Open and air the Property.
2. Remove all rubbish.
3. Remove all surplus cement, plaster, paint grease marks on paintwork from walls, tiles, terraces, floors, cupboards, domestic equipment etc.
4. Clean kitchen cupboards & drawers inside and out.
5. Clean all kitchen work tops and equipment.
6. Clean and disinfect all kitchen appliances (including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor fan, wall tiles & wall kitchen appliances)
7. Clean and disinfect all bathrooms including toilets, bides, washing basins and sanitary appliances.
8. Sweep and wash the floors and terraces.
9. Sweep and wipe down all the walls and ceilings.
10. Wash down all paintwork from doors, wardrobes etc.
11. Wash and clean all shelving, if applicable.
12. Wash and clean utility room, if applicable including the appliances inside.
13. Wash and clean fireplace, if applicable.
14. Clean and shine polish all windows and glass doors IN/OUT and mirrors, if applicable.
