PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We have resigned 98% of our agreements for another year, also we have signed 74 new agreements of which 53 was recommendations for our Spain and Bulgaria offices.
HOTEL
We are pleased to announce we have taken on the management of 3 hotels this summer in Bulgaria and we have another 1 planned. Watch this space.
MARKETING
We have secured new excellent marketing contracts to guarantee our clients good rental returns on there investment for the present market.
BUILDING AND RENOVATION
We have completed 15 bathroom and kitchen renovations, renovation of commercial restaurant, renovation of a betting shop, and completion of the construction of 2 swimming pools, 2 complete house refurbishments, 2 house extensions in Elviria and Calahonda, 63 maintenance jobs.

NEW OFFICES IN BULGARIA
