We have finished the year 2007 and look forward to the new 2008. During the month of December we have completed several different jobs along the Costa del sol region.

Maintenance work done in Mijas Golf, Riviera, Calahonda, Elviria, Marbella-Golden Mile and Nueva Andalucia:

14 maintenance jobs done – lock change, humidity problems solved, tab leaks repaired, air-conditioning machines serviced and regassed, few shutters fixed, electrical problems resolved, termostate of a boiler replaced, lights replaced, painting work.

Cleaning work done in Las Chapas, Marbella, Elviria, Nueva Andalucia, Benalmadena, Guadalmina and Casares-Manilva:

25 properties cleaned after tenancy during December month; 11 industrial cleans done.

Building Jobs completed in Elviria and Nueva Andalucia:

We have completed 3 different refurbishment projects. In Elviria a full house renovation; In Nueva Andalucia changing of the two bathrooms and fitting of a new kitchen and putting a new marble floor all the way throughout the house.
