The value of real estate was expected to decline by an additional 10 per cent on average by July 2010, Tatyana Emilova from real estate consultancy firm Colliers was quoted as saying by Dnevnik daily on January 20 2010. A survey carried out among British tourists by Skyscanner has put Málaga and the Costa del Sol top of the list of desired destinations for 2010. Border crossing points between Bulgaria and Greece are expected to close to traffic on January 18 2010 as Greek farmers’ protests begin. Partial blockades were implemented over the weekend, Dnevnik daily reported. The Greek farmers, who are protesting over subsidies, are set to seal off the Kulata-Promahon, Ilinden-Exohi and Captain P Voivoda-Ormenion checkpoints. Only today we have received eleven booking confirmations for our properties in  Bansko, Bulgaria. The guests will be visiting the complex for the period 21st – 25th January. Also we have received 3 rental inquiries for summer vacation at our complexes in Sunny Beach, St. Vlas and Nessebar.

We have signed up one new property management contract and taken on the apartment for rental. We have also received another five property management inquiries and six furnishing inquiries for properties in Pamporovo , Black Sea and Bansko area. This week we have  an appointment with a customer. Our representative will be personally discussing furnishing and property management details with the client.
