We have rented one of our luxury villas in Elviria, La Mairena for a week of holiday today. Bookings have strated to come through as soon as we have lowered the weekly rental prices. Market is a bit funny at the moment and even for holiday lettings prices are coming down and to be competative on the market we had to reduce the prices too.

Our rental department has taken five new rental bookings in the July and August months. We have rented apartments in Sea Dreams, Panorama Beach, Marina View, Privilige Fort Beach and Carolina Beach complexes in Sunny Beach, St. Vlas and Nessebur.

We have signed up new rental management and home administration contracts this week for Panorama Beach Complex in Nessebur, St. Geeorge Ski & Spa Resort in Bansko. We have also signed up management contracts for two new villas in Varna area and will be looking after the maintenance of the gardens and swimming pools.

We have completed three snagging checks for apartments located in Sunny Beach, Golden Sands and Kavarna this week.

Property prices are currently approaching the levels of 2007, according to analysis from Raiffeisen Real Estate agency, using cumulative data for real estate and pricing for the period 2006 through to 2009, Stroitelstvo Gradut reports.
