We can produce a working drawing of all options and full specification sheet, before and after photo's and a port folio of your chosen bathroom furniture and fittings. Removal

• Removal of existing bathroom suite and sanitary appliances
• Isolation of all water services, including valves on all service pipe work to sanitary ware
• Removal of all tiles including borders, window beading etc
• Removal of any plaster, plasterboard or lathe-plaster if affected by removal of tiling
• Removal of all debris including broken tiles and the old bathroom suite from site

Making Good

• Do all building and brick work including making of the walking shower
• Do all new plumbing work according to planed
• Run all new wiring for new bathroom and false ceiling
• New plastering, studding and skimming as needed
• New under floor heating if needed
• Tiling the walls and floor
• Grouting all walls and floor tiles
• Close the false suspended ceiling including spot lights
• Seale and silicone all necessary edges
• Do the Painting
• Make whole room clean and tidy

Fitting

• Professional Installation of all bathroom sanitary equipment and fittings by one of our experienced and friendly fitters. Our project manager will look after the whole job from start to finish. He will take great care not to make a mess of your house. We always dust-sheet from the entrance to your home through to all working areas and once we have finished the job your new bathroom can be used from that moment onwards.
