Well, Multi Property Services was established in 2000 in the Costa del Sol by myself, Plamen Pavlov, after previously working many years in the international holiday and real estate business.
Multi Property Services was initially formed as a real estate services company with the prime objective of servicing private holiday home owner needs along the Costa del Sol - but quite quickly our business expanded due to a demand for a wider range of property management and marketing services. Within a few years we added a building division handling refurbishments, renovations and house extensions, moderations and conversions, maintenance and repairs; as well as all aspects of real estate after sales services, including property management, administration and rentals, cleaning, the furnishing of new build properties and even the construction of new houses.
The success of our company on the Costa del Sol and along the Southern Spanish coast also ensured Multi Property Services was able to expand geographically into other major centres around Europe and further afield, including the beautiful Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, Morocco and the beautiful region of Tuscany in Italy.
Multi Property Services is permanently based in the Costa del Sol, but also has offices in several of our other main geographical areas including Bulgaria with an office in the popular Nessebar and Sunny Beach resort, an office in Morocco based in Tetouan – Tangier, an office in Grosseto, Tuscany in Italy as well as teams in the Algarve in Portugal and Cyprus.
My main motivation in all of this has been to bring satisfaction to holidaymakers, retired people, investors and others who are looking to benefit from a place in the sun, and that remains the same today.
That’s the motivation that keeps myself and all my staff motivated.
