He has built a great experience from previous companies that he worked for such as Club La Costa, Marriott International, Mac Anthony Realty and Andalucian Dream Homes. The company was formed as real estate services firm with the prime objective to service private holiday home owner needs. Few months later after the company been trading Georgui Todorov owner of a building company since 1998 that has been doing refurbishments, renovations and house extensions, moderations and conversions has accepted Pavlov’s invitation to join Pavlov Multi Choice Group Limited as a partner and the two companies have amalgamated into one. Since than Multi Property Services expanded its range of property services and well-organized structure and team of experience and loyalty personal has service residential and holiday home owners in Costa del Sol, Spain. Multi Property Services has grown tremendously into all different aspects of real estate after sales services, property management, administration and rentals, cleaning, maintenance and repairs, furnishing of new build properties, as well as continuing the construction, building of new houses and renovating and refurbishing of kitchens, bathrooms to the entire apartment or villa. In the beginning of 2007 Multi Property Services has expanded into new line of servicing Air Conditioning Installations, Repairs and maintenance and can now provide all types of makes, models and different system cooling and heating a/c supply and installations. Also in the beginning of last year Multi Property Services has formed and registered a new company in Bulgaria and expanded its full range of services into the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria, so called the new Costa del Sol of Europe. Over the last years Multi Property Services has completed thousands of builders cleans and maintenance jobs in Spain and Bulgaria servicing not only individual home owners, but also company like Mac Anthony Realty International (now MRI Overseas Property), Andalucian Dream Homes, Dream Homes Interior, Imperial Furniture, Villa Pack, Duchy Estates, Viva Estates and many others. In the last year alone we have install lots of different models and makes of air conditioning and repair 100’s of those. Sales and Rentals are always been part of our services, but now days things are a lot more tide and economic and mortgage crisis are not doing any good to the real estate property market. In the beginning of this year we have taken a new step into expansion of our business and opened a hardware store, furniture showroom and a kitchen shop on the Costa del Sol. Our Bulgarian company is keeping on growing and this year alone we have taken fifty new build holiday apartments.
